Retargeting Campaign

Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article
Expert Author Richard La Compte
Retargeting is also known as remarketing. This is an online advertising that helps marketers to keep their brand in front of a bounced traffic after it left the marketer's website. For the majority of websites only two percent of the web traffic is being converted on the first visit. With retargeting campaign, companies have the ability of reaching and converting ninety-eight percent of users that does not convert right away.
The best thing about this campaign is that it keeps on following the people who previously visited the site.
How a Retargeting Campaign Works?
This campaign is a cookie-oriented technology that makes use of a Javascript code to follow the audiences from the web. This is how this works: you will have to put an unobtrusive and small piece of code on the website. This code is being referred to as the pixel. The pixel or code is unnoticeable to the site visitors. This does not have any effect on the performance of the site.
Each time that the visitor visits the site, it is expected that the code drops for the "anonymous browser cookie." Later on, as the cookied visitors kept on browsing the web, the cookie updates the retargeting provider about the right time for the advertisements to be served. The advertisements are being served to people who have visited the site before.
This campaign is proven to be effective as the advertisement focuses on the people that are already familiar with the brand. They already achieved the demonstrated interest from these people. Most marketers prefer to use this campaign because of the increased results on ROI.
When Does this type of Campaign Work?
A retargeting campaign is known as the most powerful conversion optimization and branding tool that best works for a business website. This is known to work best provided that it has a bigger digital strategy.
Apart from it, this is known to work well when combined with outbound and inbound marketing. Or better yet, demand generation is used. The strategies that involved AdWords, targeted display and content marketing are also excellent at attracting traffic. However, these still have little use to conversion optimization.
With retargeting campaign, this is proven essential to increase conversions. Although this may not drive people back to the website, the success lies in the use of one or many tools. These tools can help in retargeting and driving traffic. Thus, you can get the most from the traffic.
Why a Retargeting Campaign is Effective?
A retargeting campaign is proven to be effective in generating higher online sales. This is best in keeping and putting the brand at the center. The window shoppers are also brought back the moment that they are finally ready to purchase.
Each time that the customer sees all the targeting ads, the brand is quickly gaining recognition and traction. The increased conversions and high click through rates from retargeting campaigns give repeated exposure and good branding.
The best practice on a retargeting campaign is segmenting the visitors and designing the retargeting ad campaign for each group. The best retargeting campaign has the best promotion to offer and call-to-action!

Facebook Ads To Generate Leads

Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article
Expert Author Rick Toney
Real estate marketing used to be about referrals, direct mail and flyers. Now, it's gone on-line and marketing through Facebook is an excellent digital marketing opportunity. If you are looking for an ad platform that allows precise demographic and behavioral targeting, then look no further than Facebook. This cost effective medium allows for a competitive advantage among local competitors.
If you are a Facebook user, then you have seen sponsored ads creep into your news feed. If you are thinking about creating a Facebook ad to generate leads, then you will need to get a few things in order to begin. The first must have is a Facebook business page. While it doesn't take a marketing professional to create Facebook ads, it does take some time to develop an ad set and make sure the ads are working. Each ad allows for an image as well as text and a call to action button. A variety of options are available for ad placement varying from a right-hand column advertisement to a mobile or desktop news feed. Understanding your target audience is an essential component in creating any successful Facebook ad campaign.
Ad Targeting
Facebook marketing allows for laser-focused targeting of leads and utilizing Facebook ads to promote real estate services can be a very cost-effective method for gaining qualified leads. Among the top targeting areas are income, behaviors and interests as well as geographic Location. As an example, Facebook offers a behavioral category that's termed "Likely to Move." Other great lead generation possibilities include targeting by life events or home value.
Ad Budgets
Ad budgets can vary significantly, but the biggest thing to pay attention to is the amount of return that you get. Most recommend starting off with a lower advertising budget that won't break the bank. Then determine how the ad is working through engagement and conversions.
Advertising can be done for as little as $2 a day with some major companies spending upwards of $200,000 per day. There are two different pricing systems that Facebook offers: cost per click (CPC) and cost per mile (CPM). The CPM is what you pay per thousand impressions whereas as the CPC allows you to set a price that you will pay for every time someone clicks on your Facebook ad.
Ad Objectives
Without having clear goals in place for a Facebook ad campaign, then you are wasting money. Facebook offers "objectives" which allow you to choose what you want from your ad campaign. Do you wish to increase website conversions? Promote a page? Get people to claim your offer? There are a wide variety of options available to choose from, but the increase in website conversions should be what you want to focus on primarily if the goal is to capture leads.
Capturing Leads
Want more leads? Sure everyone does. But many don't know what to do with them once they get a lead. Having a system in place to capture leads before placing a Facebook ad is crucial. Some wing the Facebook ads and wonder why little to no results are realized. Without planning ahead and having a solid lead capture system in place, the time and money spent on Facebook ads aren't worth it. Obtaining contact information, if only an email will help build up a database.
Without the ability to generate leads business won't come. That's why Facebook ads are a great and cost-effective way to generate highly qualified leads for just about any business. Real estate marketing experts generally agree that Facebook is one of the top ways to gain quality leads. Every day over 900 million people log in to Facebook, so it is a great platform to reach people on for a lead generation tool. Setting up a Facebook page is free, it's only when you want to create an ad that it costs money. Utilizing Facebook's advertising program as an inbound marketing tool can be done through highly targeted ads. A recent Merchant Circle study reported that over 20 percent of small businesses in America have utilized Facebook to help promote their business. And, over 65 percent of businesses stated they would use Facebook ads again. Facebook ads offer flexibility and are also user-friendly to set up and maintain.

How to Develop Your Own Niche Products or Services

Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article
Expert Author Wian Deleon
If you create a product based on what you like, or what you think people will like, you will be extremely lucky to sell one single copy, and you'll probably have to bribe the person to buy it!
The only way to create niche products or services that become best sellers is to discover what your potential customers want. What problems are they facing that you can solve. What pain are they experiencing that you can soothe.
There's only one way to get this information... You have to conduct some research. You have to uncover your potential customers needs, their pain, even their dreams and aspirations. Here are a few idea to get you going:
Use Forums
Use the search engines to find a number of forums related to the niche you're interested in. Visit these forums regularly and find out what questions people are asking and how often they are asked. The same question asked by many different people on many different forums is a possible topic for your product or service.
Use Surveys
If you own an opt-in email list, send a brief survey to your subscribers to discover the problems they are facing. If a common problem emerges from your survey, providing the solutions to this problem is a possible topic for your product or service.
If you don't own an opt-in email list, you could send a solo advertisement to a few ezines with a large subscriber base and invite people to take part in your survey by offering a useful reward for their participation.
If you own a website which receives a lot of traffic, you could use a popup to invite people to your survey.
Use Wordtracker
Wordtracker.com is one of the most useful research tools on the internet. You can use it to uncover what people are searching for on the internet.
Not only that, you can use it to find out how often people search for different topics. It is a great tool for discovering niche markets.
On its own, Wordtracker is unlikely to point you to your next best seller, but when used in conjunction with surveys you have a very powerful research tool.
Once you have discovered what problems your potential customers are facing it is time to set about creating a product to solve them using any of the following three methods:
1) Use products which come with Private Label Rights.
If you purchase a product with Private Label Rights you can do virtually anything you want with the existing product, you could:
  • Insert your name as the author/creator
  • Re-arrange the contents
  • Add to or remove contents
Private Label Rights is by far the quickest method of creating your own product. The only real disadvantage is other people will be using the same content as their own, so if you use the contents "as is" you won't have a unique product.
2) Use products found in the public domain
If a product is in the public domain, it means the copyright on it has expired and you are free to use the contents. While not as quick as Private Label Rights products, using a product from the public domain means you can get yourself a unique product.
Do a search for public domain products and once you have found one purchase a copy and have it digitized (made into an e-book). You could do this yourself with a scanner and good character recognition software, but you will be busy for many hours proof reading and correcting. A quicker route is to have the work professionally digitized as they do all the proofing and correcting as part of the service.
You can copyright your new digitized product, meaning nobody can sell copies in that particular format.
3) Create your own product
Even going this route doesn't mean you have to do all the work. There are many people willing to write articles, write e-books and even code scripts for a price.
By going to websites such as Elance.com you can negotiate a fair price with people willing to do the work for you. Part of the contract being you keep the copyrights, they simply provide the finished content (known as ghostwriting).
The biggest disadvantage is you have no idea whether they have used other people's content. If they have you will be charged with copyright violation, not them. Before using a ghostwriter, try and do a background check and check their references thoroughly.
You can create your own website using WordPress and InstaBuilder. InstaBuilder lets you create beautiful, highly converting, marketing pages with huge functionality at the touch of a button, even if you have no technical expertise at all.

How To Make Extra Money - What You Need To Know

Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article
Do you want to know how to make extra money? If so, you may want to take online surveys. Hundreds of companies set up research panels of consumers and customers for online surveys. Let's find out how much you can earn from these surveys and what other information you should keep in mind.
How much can you earn?
As a general rule, you can earn up to $100 per month with this working part-time. All you have to do is sign up with many such sites to maximize your earnings. When joining a website, you will need to fill in the required personal information that won't be disclosed to anyone.
Compensation varies
Not all companies offer an equal amount of compensation. You may earn a couple of dollars or get some free products to try out and then provide feedback. Higher paying surveys offer higher payments. For instance, some surveys that can be completed in 30 minutes can pay you up to $50.
Number of sites you should join
If you ask an experienced online survey taker, they will suggest that you should join a number of survey sites. Ideally, joining 10 sites will be a good start. If possible, you should sign up with an email that you could check on a frequent basis, as you will need to check your mailbox frequently. Make sure you fill in the surveys with total honesty.
You shouldn't lose heart if you don't get selected as a survey participant, as it may take you a while to be selected. However, don't opt for a site that sounds suspicious. Usually, it is recommended that you stick to the popular sites only and avoid the rest. After all, you may not want to lose the earnings you worked hard for.
Only go for legitimate websites
So, how can you find legitimate sites? All you have to do is search on Google for the keywords "paid online survey sites". You will get a list of sites offering a reasonable amount of money for taking simple surveys. The first few sites are more likely to be legitimate, so you can join them without doing any extensive research online.
Just keep in mind that numerous sites pose as genuine survey websites in order to acquire marketing information from potential consumers. Usually, the owners of these sites sell your personal information to many advertisers, such as your email address. As a result, you will get countless unsolicited spam. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you read the privacy policy of the site prior to signing up to ensure you have joined only legit sites.
So, this was a brief article on how you can earn a fair amount of extra money by signing up with simple online survey sites and spending a few minutes daily to take the surveys. It will not only earn you money but also will give you useful information about what companies want to know about their products. You will help the companies improve their product, which will indirectly benefit you as well.
